I guess it is a good time to finally figure out this blogging thing and create a blog for Sebastian and I to chronicle our lives.
We celebrated our first Christmas and we got to do it together. YEAH!!! we had a lovely, low key day. We went to a nice Christmas dinner with friends of Sebastian. The next day we went to a nice lunch at Red Lobster and then went to the mall at Polo Park. We got a few dress shirts for Sebastian and then went to look at watches for me. We walked into a jewelry store and Sebastian turned to me and said, "Does anything catch your eye?" Well I have never had that said to me before. We went to a 2nd store and I saw a beautiful Silver Bulova watch with a blue face. We asked to see the watch and the sales girl, dang she was good, tenderly placed it on my wrist. I think we were both awed by it. He was pretty sold but we decided to check some other stores. After visiting 3 other stores, Sebastian ushered me back to W C Chang's jewelry store and purchased me this lovely gift.
We had to say goodbye on Monday, Januray 4. The trip went all too quickly. It was hard to say goodbye, but was so nice to be together for 13 days. I think it made our search for how to make our lives together all the more desperate. Pray for us.
